Pricing Information

Avalon’s pricing is highly competitive and in most cases, far less expensive than our competition. We work under the pretense that one of our key values to you is availability. This means that we are available to you even after the typical work day is over. If something comes up such as a last minute press event or an acquisition that requires more hours of work, we consider that part of our already agreed upon fees.

We tailor our fees to each company depending on needs, requirements and resources. We work closely with management to determine a fee that makes sense for everyone and barring a major and ongoing shift in time-requirements, do not alter the fees. In addition, our retainer fees are all inclusive. We do not charge for overhead or other expenses often charged by other firms. The only additional expense that could be required include major expenses incurred on a client’s behalf such as travel, material production (i.e., printing fees with a professional printing company) and the like.
